Who we are

This policy explains how NNN Realty LLC (“NNN Realty,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, our forms, email and text messages. NNN Realty operates under Keller Williams Paint Creek & Somerset. Each Keller Williams office is independently owned and operated and has its own privacy practices.

By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, request a valuation, sign up for property alerts or opt in to text messages, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, property address, tenant, and anything you write in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and service providers record technical details such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and the site that referred you.

Information from public sources. To prepare valuations and market reports, we use public records and commercial data sources about properties, such as ownership, sale history and lease details.

How we use your information

• To reply to your inquiries and prepare the valuations you request.
• To send the property alerts, listing information and market updates you ask for.
• To send text messages if you have opted in (see Text messaging below).
• To run, secure and improve this website.
• To keep the transaction records that real estate licensing rules require.
• To comply with the law and protect our rights and the rights of others.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• With service providers who help us run the site and communicate with you (hosting, email, messaging and customer relationship tools). They may use it only to provide those services to us.
• With our brokerage, Keller Williams Paint Creek & Somerset, where licensing, supervision or recordkeeping rules require it.
• With the other parties to a transaction, such as a seller, a buyer, the other broker, a lender, a title company or a qualified intermediary, when you ask us to act for you.
• When the law, a court order or a government request requires it.
• As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, subject to this policy.

None of these situations covers your mobile number or text message consent. Those are handled separately, as described in the next section.

Text messaging (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them. Our site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no common standard for them yet.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and for any longer period required by real estate licensing, tax or other laws. Records of text message consent and opt-outs are kept for as long as needed to show that we followed your choices.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections and limited access, to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us over the internet.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email we send.
• Stop text messages by replying STOP to any message.
• Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@nnnrealty.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under state privacy laws. We will respond to verified requests within the time those laws require. We may need to keep some records, even after a deletion request, where the law requires it.

Children

This website is meant for adults making real estate decisions. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, such as tenant and government data sources. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will not apply to information collected before the change unless you agree to them.
