Agreement to these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and the services offered through it by NNN Realty LLC (“NNN Realty,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our brokerage relationship

NNN Realty provides real estate brokerage services under Keller Williams Paint Creek & Somerset. Each Keller Williams office is independently owned and operated. Using this website, submitting a form or receiving our messages does not by itself make us your agent. An agency relationship starts only when you sign a written agreement with us.

Property information

Listing details, including price, cap rate, NOI, lease term remaining, lease type and rent increases, come from sellers, tenants and other third parties. We believe them to be reliable but do not verify or guarantee them. Properties can be sold, withdrawn or changed without notice. Before you make any investment decision, confirm all information yourself by reviewing the lease, estoppels, title and inspections. See our Disclaimer for more.

No legal, tax or investment advice

Content on this site, including articles, valuations and market data, is general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. A 1031 exchange has strict deadlines and rules, so work with a qualified intermediary, a CPA and an attorney before you rely on anything here.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, design, photos and data compilations belong to NNN Realty or its licensors. Tenant names and logos are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to identify properties, and their use does not mean those companies endorse or are affiliated with us.

The site links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, NNN Realty and its owners, agents and affiliated brokerage are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for investment losses, that result from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold NNN Realty harmless from claims that arise from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or acted in a way that harms other users, us or third parties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
